Shipping Policy – Taiwill

1. Shipping Coverage

All orders from Taiwill are shipped exclusively within Kenya (KE).

Applies To: All products in our store (entire catalog) share the same shipping cost and delivery options.

2. Order Processing

The handling time for your order begins at one of the following confirmation points:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: handling begins upon customer confirmation of the order (successful order placement).
  • For prepaid orders (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer): handling begins upon payment confirmation (successful payment verification).

Orders that reach their confirmation point before 6:00 PM (GMT+3) on a business day begin handling that same day. Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM begin handling the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (begins at the order-specific confirmation point defined above)

Transit Time: 1–5 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days from the applicable order confirmation point.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees & Payment Methods

Flat Shipping Fee: KES 500 per order. No additional charges based on weight, size, quantity, or location. No minimum or maximum order value required.

Payment Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Payment via M-Pesa or Bank Transfer must be completed before dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected upon delivery after visual inspection.

5. Visual Inspection for COD Orders

For COD orders, you have the right to perform a visual inspection upon delivery to verify the item is correct and free of obvious damage before accepting and paying for it. If the item is visibly damaged or incorrect, you may refuse delivery. Acceptance of delivery does not affect your statutory rights or the terms of our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Shipping Conditions

  • This policy applies to all products sold by Taiwill.
  • All prices and communications are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier partners.
  • Taiwill is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Taiwill.

7. Tracking & Order Updates

Customers will receive SMS, email, or WhatsApp notifications once their order has been dispatched and is in transit.
