Shipping Policy – Taiwill
1. Shipping Coverage
All orders from Taiwill are shipped exclusively within Kenya (KE).
Applies To: All products in our store (entire catalog) share the same shipping cost and delivery options.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+03:00 – East Africa Time, Nairobi) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Mon – Sat)
Transit Time: 0–2 business days (Mon – Sat)
Total Delivery Time: 0–3 business days from order confirmation.
4. Shipping Method & Cost
Shipping Cost: Flat rate of KES 500 per order. No additional fees are charged based on weight, size, quantity, or location.
5. Shipping Conditions
Currency: All shipping fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Shipping Provider: Trusted local couriers ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Tracking & Updates
Customers receive SMS or email notifications once their order has been dispatched and is on its way.
