Step four is to position door in frame. Offer the door up to the door frame. Pack under the door leaf to achieve the required clearance. Once in position, open the top hinge leaf flat against the frame and mark around it as with the door. Repeat at each hinge position.

Step five is to attach to frame. Mortice out the frame to the depth of the hinge leaf thickness. Position the leaf into the mortice, pilot drill the fixing holes, and secure with screws provided. Repeat for remaining hinges.

Step six is to test operation. Check the door opens fully to 180 degrees and clears all obstructions. The hinge should operate smoothly with no binding.
